Middle and High School can be exciting and overwhelming. At From Kitchen 2 Heart: Korean Cooking Edition for Teens, we create a space where teens can slow down, connect, and build real-life coping skills while learning to cook delicious Korean-inspired meals together. Led by a Korean immigrant psychiatric nurse practitioner, this class blends hands-on cooking with meaningful conversation. In this class, teens will prepare simple, healthy, vegan/vegetarian-friendly Korean dishes while learning about culture, teamwork, and the powerful role food plays in community and healing.
