For most people, having "health" is more than just the absence of disease. It also means living with intention and having a sense of purpose in your life. Join us for this one-time class to further explore the concept of Whole Health and what "health" means to you! During our time together you will have the opportunity to complete a personalized health plan, think about meaningful goals, and consider next steps that feel most valuable to your wellness journey. If you are a Veteran enrolled with VA Eastern Kansas, you may be eligible for a $200 scholarship when taking this course.

Neal Strathman is a retired 22-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and the Navy Reserves. During his military career, he served both stateside and overseas, including deployments to Japan following the Fukushima reactor accident.

Neal enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences through educational programs and is passionate about supporting fellow veterans and strengthening the local community. Drawing on both his military experience and his work with the VA Whole Health program, he encourages participants to identify their personal strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for improving their overall well-being.

Neal is honored to continue serving the veteran community by providing a welcoming environment where participants can reflect, connect, and take positive steps toward their own wellness journey.
