The class will learn to make three types of pasta by hand (egg and flour, semolina and water, potato gnocchi), as well as three simple sauces to accompany them (marinara, pesto, brown butter/sage). (Ages: 6+ with Parent/Guardian)

Andra McCowen grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Manhattan about 7 years ago. She has loved cooking all of her life, and learned how to do so at an early age from her dad. She is has lived all over the world and uses those global influences to spice up her meals!
