Edisha Coleman

Hello, my name is Edisha Coleman. I am a native of the Junction City, Kansas area. I grew up in Milford, Kansas and graduated from Junction City high school. Before starting my baking business, I had no prior baking knowledge. It all started with one book. May 2020 marks one of the most significant points in my life. This was around the time that Covid was pretty serious and this also was the time I decided to get help for my drug and alcohol addiction. One of the best methods that helped me in my recovery was to keep my mind occupied. I would go to the library for hours just to get out of the house. Fast forward to November of 2020 just six months into my recovery; I decided to check out five topics that had nothing to do with my life at the time. One of those books was for making cakes. So I decided to give cake-making a try. After all, it was my mom's birthday. She loved the cake so much. She never ate it. December of 2020, my mom passed away...

My business started as a way to keep my mind occupied. It was one book, one cake, one gift. But little did I know, it was God's gift to me. And I want to share that gift and share hope.
