This is a beginner friendly class to teach you the basics of how to tangle yourself from the beautiful fabric that hangs at a friendly 15 feet high. This is great for beginners and those looking to build beginner strength and flexibility. You will gain upper body strength as you learn initially from the floor and partake in unique aerial tricks custom for your ability.
