Biryani is also cooked in Pakistan and India, but its delicious aroma and taste made its way to Afghanistan. This dish is cooked beginning with cooking chicken and creating its special sauce that is made from onions, garlic, tomatoes, and various seasonings. While the chicken is cooking, the rice will be prepared to combine with the chicken and end with a beautiful and hearty meal.
