Sabzi is cooked as a stew with onions, garlic, seasoning, and fresh or frozen spinach. This class and the class for naan will be completed at the same time. The dough for the bread will be prepared ahead of time but there will be a demonstration to teach the preparation of the dough at the beginning of the class.
