Belly dance is a great way to have fun while connecting with a group of women, helping you tone and strengthen your muscles, and ultimately, learn that your body is beautiful just the way it is. All shapes and sizes are welcome! In this easy-to-follow class you will learn basic belly dance moves like the shimmy, hip bump, snake arms, and hand floreos.
