Ninjutsu and Self-Defense

This class will cover the Togakure Ryu 16 fists and 20 basic Jujutsu self-defense techniques from the White Phoenix System. We will go to the second level of self-defense techniques of the White Phoenix System if we have time. The 16 fists are different body parts used to hit an attacker.
Stan Wilson has studied martial arts since 1970. He has been on the "outskirts" of the Ninjutsu movement since the late '70s. He has a black belt in Hakkoryu and black sashes in Pai Lum and 18 Taoist Palms styles of Kung Fu. He is the founder of the White Phoenix System and has hundreds of books and DVDs on the martial arts.
