Introduction to yoga for children ages 3-7. Kids will learn basic yoga poses, such as downward dog, tree pose, and child’s pose, as well as mindful breathing exercises. Songs, stories, and games will be incorporated into the yoga practice in order to keep kids engaged and having fun! Yoga can help children build strength, flexibility, and positive social-emotional and self-regulation skills. Please make sure your child dresses in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Mats will be provided.
