Shallow Water Workout

Exercising in shallow water is beneficial for people with stiff joints or limited mobility, and anyone who wants to add some variety to their regular exercise regime. Attend this structured shallow water workout twice a week for 40 minutes each. Every class includes a warm-up and cool-down during the 40 minute class. Equipment provided. Water shoes are recommended. Class size is limited.
