Summer's burst has overflowed and seeps now into roots, berries, seeds, and golden blooms as autumn commences. Fall herbal plants can ease seasonal transition, offer allergy & sinus relief, support our intestines and liver as we go through adjustment in 'taking in and letting go', and nourish our bodies through the changing balance of light and dark. We will explore plants such as elderberry, wild rose (rosehips), goldenrod, mullein, teasel, sumac, burdock, dandelion, and other plant heralds of autumn.
