You will learn to create a complete thali - the traditional Indian platter featuring perfectly balanced flavors, textures, and nutrients. We will cook some foundational dishes together and elevate our skills with some special ones. No substitutions needed - these authentic recipes have been naturally gluten-free for centuries. You will leave the class/es with restaurant-quality recipes, essential techniques, and the confidence to create stunning Indian meals at home for any occasion.
Session A: Gluten-free thali - Dal Tadka (lentils), one vegetable dish, rice, and yogurt.
Session B: Gluten-free thali - Choley (chickpeas), one chicken dish, rice, and raita (spiced yogurt).
