We will learn the basics of Japanese Sashiko, a geometric embroidery/mending technique, through upcycling your old jeans into an eco-bag and embellishing them with boro/sashiko stitches. We will use sewing machines to assemble the bag. Please bring your own sewing machine, if you have one. Bring a bag lunch and a pair of old jeans, also.
