This community-based interactive workshop series addresses tough conversations as a natural part of our everyday life. Tough conversations can often happen when we least expect it and leave us feeling unprepared. This group provides you with tools to navigate tough conversations and improve your communication skills. A specific focus will be placed on processing practical real-life interpersonal communication challenges, how to practice empathy and identify empathy blockers, and the art of listening. Families, friends, couples, and individuals are all welcome to attend!
