“Gateau Moelleux au Chocolat” is a classic French style chocolate cake that is rich and mellow (moelleux). There are some variations depending on the region, but we will learn the most classic version that is sure to impress your guests or your own taste buds. This is a chocolate lover’s dream cake. Each student will take home a mini cake! Enrollment deadlines: A - 02/11, B - 03/25.
