Tae Kwon Do is an effective way to unify the mind and body. It helps develop one's health by increasing cardiovascular abilities, strength, balance, and flexibility. The basics of blocking, punching, kicking, self-defense, and white belt form will be covered. Class will consist of practicing these skills as a group and working with other classmates and with the instructor. At the end of the semester, students will have the option to be tested for their orange belt. Ages 16+.
