This course introduces guided meditation to help you manage stress and feel more grounded. You’ll learn why stress happens, how it affects the central nervous system, and the difference between the sympathetic (fight, flight, freeze) and parasympathetic (rest and healing) responses. The session includes a short guided meditation, a relaxed icebreaker, calming music, coloring/drawing time, and open discussion. You’ll leave with simple tools to relax your body, reset your mind, and better handle everyday stress.
